Serrano - High yielding plant with 3 inch fruits. Great eaten green or red. This is a HOT pepper.
Poblano - Mildly hot pepper traditionally used for stuffing or dried to make Ancho chilis. Thick walled black-green pepper. Tall plants benefit from trellising.
Cayenne - 3 inch cayenne peppers. Great for stringing and drying. Late maturing fruits with high yield, sweet hot flavor.
Hungarian Hot Wax - Medium hot pepper with banana shaped fruits. Great for frying to pickling.
Jalapeno - Medium hot peppers. Early maturing traditional sized fruits
Anaheim - 7 inch long thick pepper with mild heat. This is your traditional Southwest pepper. Tall plants benefit from trellising.
Gochugaru - Authentic Korean drying pepper. Mild heat, with a smoky, sweet and fruity flavor is wonderful for making chili powders or seasoning your kimchi.
Shishito - The most popular hot pepper that is rarely hot. This small Japanese pepper is excellent for roasting or grilling.
Fresno - 4 in long fruits ripen to bright red. The flavor is sweet and mildly hot. Great for fresh eating, roasting and hot sauce.
Thai hot - Plentiful red hot peppers stand atop green foliage. Making this plant ideal for an ornamental while also providing tons of tiny hot peppers. Very hot.
